Preparation Instructions
EASY CREAMY BUTTER CHICKEN | 500g SKINLESS CHICKEN THIGH FILLETS CUT INTO 2cm PIECES 405g CAN WATTIE'S® CREAMY BUTTER CHICKEN CURRY SAUCE 3 CUPS COOKED BASMATI RICE | SERVE 4 | PREP TIME 5 MINS COOK TIME 15-20 MINS | 1. Heat a dash of oil in a saucepan. Add chicken and stir-fry over a medium high heat until the chicken colours. 2. Pour over Wattie's® Creamy Butter Chicken Curry Sauce. Stir. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice. Garnish with a swirl of cream and chopped fresh coriander. Accompany with green beans and mango chutney on the side if desired. OUR CHEF'S TIP • 1 cup raw basmati rice will yield approximately 2 cups of cooked. • Alternatively use microwave rice. This makes a great filling for a pie.
